Best attorney in Hamilton hands down. Family oriented, understands clients, very trust worthy-you can trust this lawyer to do what you need him to do the best representation in the court room. This attorney you can explain your much needed representation. I was represented better than I could have ever imagined. My needs were put first and was treated very professionally/no judgement rather than a number, I was in situations that Ched Peck knew my intentions without speaking to me and still did what my case needed for my representation. He always remembers text/emails. He went above and beyond and did everything he could to ensure a great outcome. I couldn't have asked for a better law firm or attorney. Thanks!!! I would suggest not hiring anyone else! Ive had two other lawyers in the past Ive paid for in Hamilton but Ched is by far the best! I suggest hiring him. Will not suggest hiring anyone else other than Ched Peck in Hamilton as a lawyer.

If you have experience with other Attorneys, then you realize that Ched is honest, good, and reliable. He fees are more then reasonable . All Attorneys are busy and have a tough time returning your call right away. But Ched is good about getting back to you and explains things directly and succinctly. If you are going through a Family Relations matter, I would highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Ched Peck to anybody who is in need of a great lawyer! My daughter is a young single mother of 2 who was getting ready to go through a very scary time in her life. Ched was truthful with her and never sugar coated anything! Ched listened to her concerns and fears and walked her through each of them! Terrible attorney. Missed court dates. Doesnt return calls. Terrible attorney. I have read his response to my review. I stand by my review. I wouldn't recommend this man to anyone for any reason. You are better off without an attorney at all than to use him. I have the right to warn people of your lack of ability to properly represent them. We would have been better off without an attorney at all. We could have saved us several hour long drives to court. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! We got what we wanted in our case. We still think you are an unreliable and incompetent attorney.

I had the experience of working with Ched in December of 2015. He was upfront and honest with me. Let me know what to expect and gave me several options, he also let me know the option I did choose would not be a financially wise decision for me. He was willing to be honest and basically take money out of his own pocket by telling me truthfully I would be getting as much as I would pay him and wanted to make sure I understood that clearly. It is a rare trait to find now a days. He is highly respected in the court room and made my life a much easier to this day. He was a total waste of money in my divorce. I have several medical issues and ched had me get my medical records and i paid $110 for the and i wasted that money because they wasn't submisable because i got them and he knew that and was to lazy to do the work i paid him for. My ex cut me with a knife and admitted it to a marriage counselor and tried stabbing me again that's when i left me ex and cheds lazy ass wouldn't subpoena the counselor records to prove i left marrage for my safety so i get hammered for $800 a month spouse support and also being homeless and the judge could care less im homeless sleeping in car and staying in motels and shower at truck stop. If you ex has Kristen Campbell dont get ched because hes more interested it talking and hanging around her than your case. He dont return calls. He also wouldn't have my step son testify as he witnessed is mom stab me and he stopped her from grabbing a knife a 2nd time.

I shopped around a bit before I ultimately decided to retain Ched Peck as my attorney. After our initial consultation, I knew he was the best fit for me for several reasons. First, Ched is aggressive but not unrealistic in his goals. He listened to the pleas of this desperate single mom and created a practical legal plan to get what was best for me and my kids. Also, he is very fair with his costs. He respected that I had certain financial limitations and he worked with me. Ched is reassuring without coddling, which was important to me.
