Absolutely the worst experience ever. Never even went to court for custody and already charged me over 1500$. He showed up to pretrial dressed like a slob with a giant mustard stain on his shirt. He took advantage of father just trying to get custody of his son. I told him to file from the beginning to file a motion for temporary orders and he didnt do it. He never contacted my childs mothers lawyer to work out a visitation plan. He didnt do anything. He said it wouldnt cost anything more than 1500$ for his services. We havent even went to trial and hes already charged me over my retainer.

Highly recommend Howard, he has kept me informed of everything every step of the way. Which is great seeing as I live out of state. Never suger coats anything, he's straight to the point no beating around the bush! Anytime I didn't understand something that has gone on in my case, he explain in a way that I was able to understand! He is awesome!

Good at what he does.Don't expect him to be happy to talk to you or give and receive any information outside of the realm of the case. No hidden fees and he doesn't try to bs you. I would give 5 stars if he wasnt so rude, but I respect the fact that he was straight forward so it's more like 4.5 stars.Would use him again.

Rude, disorganized and incompetent lawyer. Office is so dirty and in disrepair that it's appalling. If you're broke, I guess it's better than nothing, as his rates are lower than most. That's the only positive. But, keep in mind you get what you pay for. Do not hire him for anything that's not completely basic in difficulty.
