Kendra has an excellent understanding of the law which affords her the ability to offer her clients options. She has emotional intelligence which personally has positively impacted me, as separation and divorce can be so draining. She supported me and consistently showed patience, understanding and empathy.

Kendra was my lawyer for a divorce I went through last year and she did a fine job. She was always available for questions and was prompt in returning my emails. Please don't pay any attention to Katherine's review below on this place, Kendra was not her lawyer and is not qualified to give a review one way or the other on this business. Katherine has very little perspective on how the domestic court system works and is very, very bitter.

Kendra Carpenter was actually my husbands attorney through a domestic abuse case as well as our divorce and halfway through everything, I realized that I didnt even need representation. I faced her and my ex husband in court by myself and kept everything. Kendra was late to EVERY COURT APPEARANCE AND MEETING and was absolutely never prepared. When she showed up for our last day in court, after she filed for contempt, she didnt even bring a copy of our divorce decree OR any documents she needed, she just scrolled through her phone. She even tried to charge me with contempt for not paying the mortgage on my house, which I didnt pay because I had paid the house off and it was laughable to sit there and listen to the judge have to explain to Kendra that you cant make payments on a mortgage that youve already paid off. This woman is a joke and Id just like to warn anyone that considers retaining her, trust me, youre better off without a lawyer. Even though it worked in my favor, there were moments I ALMOST felt bad for my ex husband.
