I cannot say enough positive statements about Elaine Buck and her team. Elaine guided me skillfully, competently, and compassionately through a painful divorce using the collaborative law process. It was worth every penny I paid for attorney's fees. I received a much better settlement than I would have using the regular divorce process, plus, I felt supported and heard by everyone I talked to at Buck & Fish, Ltd. Working with Jeff Fish through the divorce process was a forward-thinking, measured, mature,and thoughtful experience.At certain times during my divorce,when emotions could escalate, Atty Fish did an incredible job of redirecting negative emotions to become more focused on productive outcomes. Counseling and guidance along the way makes hard decisions easier and you know the entire team has your best interest at heart.

Called in because I have made some mistakes in my past and wanted to resolve some issues. Buck and Fish were going to set a consult with us but when they found out that I didn't have a perfect past, they suddenly had no room for more clients even though they just told me they did.All I can say is if you don't have a perfect past, don't call them. they are judgmental or they just don't know how to modify child support. In any event, doesn't sound like they know how to help or just won't. where is the equal justice for people trying to turn their life around? You won't get it here. Pathetic
