After discussing a traffic violation with him, I was confident that he was the right attorney to represent my case. His fees are very reasonable. I high recommend Robert Hart, Jr. for defense of traffic violations. After receiving my second speeding ticket within a year, I was seeking a qualified attorney to represent me in Hamilton County. Robert Harts information appeared at the top of my search results. After reading the positive reviews, I called his office and a secretary transferred my call. I expected an assistant to answer, but no, it was actually Robert himself who fielded my call. He explained what I should expect as an outcome, but did not promise any particular result. I knew at a minimum he would represent me in a court of law much better than I would myself. After he appeared on my behalf for my initial court date, he pleaded not guilty and a new date was set for two weeks later. End result, Robert had my ticket dismissed, no fine, no points, no increased insurance premiums!!! His very reasonable attorney fee was a worthwhile investment!

I live in Novi, MI, and I was visiting my son and his family when I had an auto accident on Sept. 13, 2019. While I was making a left turn, I was hit by another car. Both cars were totaled and I received a ticket for 'failure to yield left turn'. I believed that I had a green left turn arrow. One of the first things the Law Enforcement Officer asked me when he came to the scene of the accident was 'how old are you'?. I was 80 at the time. Then, he asked the same of the driver of the other car. She was 23. I think ageism may have entered into his decision to ask me first and to give me a ticket. In order to dispute the ticket, I would have had to return to OH from MI to go to court. My son looked online for a lawyer to dispute the ticket and hired Robert Hale. Mr. Hale went to the court appearances on my behalf and was able to have the ticket reduced to lesser offense. I am so grateful to Mr. Hale for successfully reducing the ticket. I received a traffic citation in November of 2017 which was 81mph in a 70 mph zone taking place in Muskingum County Ohio. I called Robert explaining my situation and that I hadnt had a ticket in over 5 years and Id like for my insurance to continue to get cheaper as it has been outrageous when I was a teenager. Robert responded and was very willing to help, charging me a $500 fee which isnt a good nor bad price..... I heard back a few weeks later stating that the judge would drop the case completely if I decided to do the drivers remedial course offered through their court system in which I took that deal immediately and paid the $100 to take the course turning in the completed course work in less than a week.Over 6 months later(June 2018) I receive an email from Robert that I had apparently missed a form that didnt make it to the judge accepting the deal. Long story short they wouldnt accept any of the paperwork late and I was charged with a 2 point moving violation costing me over $800 all said and done. I admit to missing the email with that paper needing signed HOWEVER I had sent numerous emails before AND after that specific document request providing any documentation that was asked of me. Robert blames this mistake on me saying I never signed the paper and thats why I didn't make it to the courts in time. To sum this all up you can decide on whos fault this really was, when I obviously hired Robert as an attorney to assist me in this case from beginning to end. For a $500 fee wouldnt you think hed have made sure all of the ducks are in a row?

I knew immediately it was going to be difficult seeing as I live in PA and I couldn't appear at the hearings due to work. Not only did Robert understand my situation but he went above and beyond to settle my case. What could have been points on my license and a huge fine turned into 0 points and a small fine. Extremely reasonably priced also for his work, he deserves more however in my opinion. See him if you need anything. He won't disappoint!

A lack of judgement on my part initiated the violation and he exceeded the outcome that he thought he could reduce it to and ended up pleading to a non moving equipment failure violation and I live on the opposite side of the State. Highly recommended! Mr. Hart got my speeding ticket, 27 mph over the limit, dropped down to a non-moving defective equipment violation. The one time fee that I paid was WAY less than what my rise in insurance premiums over the next 3-5 years would have cost, not to mention that I get to keep my clean driving record!Very easy to communicate with over email and responds in a very timely manner. He even took the time to meet in person, at my request, and had an appoint for me the next business day. I will definitely be keeping his contact information!

I hired Mr Hart over the phone in December of 2014,at the last minute, three days before I was to appear in court. I highly recommend him. It was the best thing I could have done. Mr Hart was courteous and calmly explained the basics of OH traffic law. He told me the best possible outcome I could hope for, recommended a not guilty plea, and represented me in court twice. Mr. Hart did indeed achieve the Best Possible Outcome I could hope for, thank goodness!-and no points on my driving record either, and no insurance hike. I do not deal with attorneys often but I must say he was very easy to work, he was professional,yet always pleasant. There were no hidden charges, and his fee was fair and reasonable. I would definitely hire him again - but hope I won't have to. I have no complaints, none. I just wish I had called him sooner as it would have saved me and my husband a lot of stressing over Thanksgiving and into the holidays.

Attorney Hart did a fantastic job with my 2 separate traffic cases. I was in a situation that would have cost me my job if I got any points for either speeding ticket which were in 2 different courts 100 miles apart in ohio. I am ashamed to say I had 50+ offenses on my driving record and he convinced the prosecutors in bot counties to drop my speeding tickets to non moving (no points) violations. I didn't think there was snowball's chance on hell I would get out of this unscathed but attorney Hart performed a miracle and I still have my license and my job. I received a speeding ticket going 74 in a 55 on highway 33 in Ohio. If I was convicted, I would have lost my drivers licence for 30 days (North Carolina Law). Mr Hart was able to get my ticket dropped to a broken taillight which resulted in 0 points being added to my driving record and me paying a small fine.

Another completely satisfied client. I received a speeding ticket, and was in the process of undergoing a military move to California. So, I was unable to represent myself, and, to make matters worse, I misplaced my ticket so I didn't know who to call. After missing my court date, and finally receiving mail, I found out there was a 'capias' ordering my arrest. Boy do we wish we would have googled Mr. Hart first. He is amazing!!! Not only is he good at what he does but his quick response to my first call and every question following was really appreciated. Our's was a pretty complicated case.That leads me to tell you why we needed his help in the first place. While traveling home to NC from Michigan my son received a speeding ticket from the friendly Ohio State Trooper in Miegs County. (Actually, he was really friendly.) Since we live outside the state of Ohio and were not familiar with the protocol for moving violations in that state we called an attorney in that county for advice. His advice, 'Pay the speeding ticket. It will cost too much to fight it.' Needless to say, we did just that. Four months later we received a letter from the NC DMV suspending my son's driving privileges for a month. (This was my son's first driving ticket of any kind.) Since he drives for his job, we were in a panic!After some research we found Mr. Hart's information and called his office. I left a message and Mr. Hart called me back personally within five minutes. He took the time to explain our options and answered my many frantic questions. Since my son had basically pleaded guilty by paying the ticket, (as advised by the other attorney), Mr. Hart had to ask that the judgement be vacated and the violation be sent back to the judge. When that was accepted Mr. Hart was then able to get his ticket reduced from a moving violation to a non-moving violation, which ultimately allowed my son to keep his driving privileges, his job, and no points against his driving record.No matter where you live, if you were the lucky recipient of a traffic ticket in Ohio, call Mr. Hart.
