The lawyers themselves are OUTSTANDING. Bill Mills has been a long standing family lawyer of ours, as well as John Hauser. However, the receptionist that I spoke to on the phone today was immensely RUDE. Obviously lawyers are paid for their knowledge however the way that you speak to people as a receptionist is going to cause you to lose a lot of business, with your snarky attitude. I was extremely disappointed with the way she spoke to my mother and I.
