I was supposed to purchase a house today with my husband but this practice screwed up the paperwork and didn't put my name on it! Wouldn't have been a big deal EXCEPT he waited until the last possible second to close and had I made an issue it would cost me $100 per day until it was fixed. He was so slow the first time I was afraid it would cost me a fortune so my husband signed without me. He didn't even apologize just blamed it on the seller. I just know the contract I signed to buy the house said it would be in both of our names yet it wasn't and he was the one doing all the paperwork. Since he didn't have anything to say when I paid him to do a job he failed at, I will leave this 1 star review instead. The next rental property will be with someone a bit more competent. I am beyond livid at this situation and mostly because of his it's no big deal attitude.

This review is for the lady with the long blonde hair who so eloquently turned me off from wanting to step foot in this business again. If I could give her no stars I would. I dont know if you were one of the lawyers or not. I never made it that far. She gave no Introduction. I cant help but wonder how much of your business she has ran off in the past. I came in asking to set up an appointment. I was in the area. I even told her I didnt expect a meeting today. I felt sure they were busy. I ask about pricing, etc, made a phone call to see what worked for my mom, and seeing when we could get a sitter for my dad who has Alzheimers. I went back over to speak with her and her responses were still snappy and so very moody, and she commented well do you want an appointment or not. Im so sorry I interrupted your day. I hate you were having a bad day, or who knows, maybe thats how you are all the time, but dont take it out on me. I feel sure your job is stressful but thats life. We all have something were going though. Remember, first impressions are very important. Ill say a pray for you.
