I am trying to understand why all the negative comments. I love Joel and his office staff. They always respond and are working on everything behind the scenes. He is a very busy man and attorney and that has to be understood by anyone who is a client. If you want the best then hire Joel. Period. Also if you want the best you need to be patient with his process. He knows what he is doing.

Mr. Harbinson works hard for YOU. He is friendly and makes you feel at ease and comfortable. He explains things well and is capable of answering any question you might have. Definitely worth going to at the very least, have a consultation with.

Don't trust him if you pay him to do something the paper says a 100$is not refundable but you pay him 2500hundred an then you stop the action an he doesn't do anything he want return you the 2400

I called Three times in One week. That was Two weeks ago at this point... I talked to the Secretary... She was supposed to relay him the message to give me a call after finished meeting with another client... And still Three weeks later haven't heard a word from Joel Harbinson. Don't know if he didn't get the message or just didn't have the time to call or what???

Paid $150 for a less than 5min talk. My family and I was shoved practically out the door after we said itd be a week or two before we had the 5k. He immedently lost interest, and I lost hope. Went to the clerk of court, was told similar stories and was given a list of attorneys who care for half the cost I was quoted here.

They waited until 30 mins before they left for vacation to tell me my address was wrong and then never spoke to me again, very dissatisfied with this customer service. They didn't tell me how or when to pay my ticket and then left for the holidays and never sent me the email they said or called back after I tried calling them back 4 or 5 times over the course of a week and even have writing emails to everyone... I paid them to have my ticket taken care of in SEPTEMBER and they wait until almost the end of the year to tell me there was a problem. This is just crazy. I wish I would've been treated better.
