This man is the slowest and althought he changed the name in the case he didnt change all necessary and then said he would but never has. He doesn't answer calls and when his secretary does get a message he still doesnt call back, she might but he rarely does. Hes been working with me for 9ver a uear on a name change. Which is a bit much.
