I have used Pope McMillan several times in the past for a few different reasons. 1- Property titles and settlements & 2- My son was hit while riding his bicycle. The last team member that I worked with was Crystal Chaney. She has single handed raised the bar for every expectation that I will expect from any other business going forward in regards to customer service, knowledge and skill-set. She was sincere and demonstrated actual empathy for my families issues. She went above and beyond with each encounter that we experienced with her. Even after her services were no longer needed, I received several informational emails sharing details with me about information that I still needed. I cannot express in words how well taken care of we felt while working with her. Her professionalism was second to none...If I ever need legal services in the future I will no doubt reach out to this firm again as they are exceptional in everything they do. Crystal Chaney was the most helpful individual I have ever met! We had a very difficult car accident case that lasted about a year and a half, and I spoke with Crystal almost every week and she made sure all of my medical bills were organized and taken care of. Not only is she incredibly organized and helpful, but she is super sweet and has your best interest in mind. Often she would send me messages just to check on how I was healing and would keep me updated on everything that was going on. Overall, I would highly recommend Crystal Chaney with Pope McMillan for all of your legal needs!!

I was rear ended in January 2018-the lady hit me going 35mph while I was at a complete stop.I went to a couple of different attorneys-but they turned the case down because they didnt think there was enough damage. I knew I had an injury-ended up with a torn rotator cuff and had to have surgery!!Crystal answered my phone calls and questions even before I had obtained their services.They took my case, and Crystal was amazing! She answered all my questions, she helped with everything! I really wasnt sure what to expect, but she was able to get the maximum amount for me-all in less than a year from my accident!I highly, highly recommend Pops McMillan-and working with Crystal was such an answer to prayer!! The accident was a nightmare-but they helped make it better.

I can only say how pleased we were in using the services of Pope McMillan. Our family experienced a situation that required legal assistance and once we made contact with the Pope McMillan law offices and talked with Mr. Kutteh and his paralegal Crystal they took care of everything for us in a very timely manner. I think it's possible that I hit them at a bad time as attorney Kutteh was running for reelection. Although I must day it did seem as though i did know more than his paralegal. New attorney did EVERYTHING that I had been asking attorney Kutteh to do for months in about two weeks....no excuses just got it done. If you have a personal injury just call Mike Lewis!

I used Schieck for my divorce and custody agreement. I didn't realize how unprepared and ignorant to my situation I was until I had a consultation with this guy. He knew more about my case than I did! He's expensive, but you get what you pay for.
