Good lawyer to you at first but later ended up with more problems do to lack of communication. After he was paid didn't bother telling client about money owed. There are more capable lawyers around the area that really look out for there clients won't use bill again

I would not recommend anyone using this attorney, he wants you to pay in full then want return any of your messages on top of that he charges you for any appointments you make to see him when you already have hired him. I would give you a minus 5 if I could, you sent me a letter base on a ticket from December of 18, what a joke charged me represented me and sent me a letter saying reduced to improper equipment, turns out you didnt get that done I spent 4 hours trying to get answers from DMV and my Insurance company to then get a lett saying you fired the guy that sent the letter because he made all kinds of mistakes like this on mine, I feel no better and could have done a PJC myself. I even sent my son to you. You should refund my money for waisting not only my time but sending me a letter that wasnt even accurate. You are a law firm thats been around a long time. This is pitiful! I called them 11/07/19 oh sorry hes gone and there is nothing we can do for you. One of many unhappy customers !Mm

This law firm is not bad,they do help out an try to give you the best options to approach.I agree that not every outcome is great on every trial,but it's a shame if I was rich or a celebrity,I probably could get out of anything an only end up paying fines.Courts are all about making money,an the justice system doesn't see to work for the average man or woman much anymore unless you have authority already to back you up.

My husband was falsely accused of assault. We have never been in trouble in our lives and to be falsely accused by a family member was terrifying and heart breaking. He really listened to my husband and truly went to bat for us at court. He was reassuring, kind and a bulldog at the same time! I have used bill baity for multiple multiple cases and charges and again and again he comes out on top. He put a lot of time in my my case was willing to even stay after hours when I couldn't make it in to meet with him. And he was very understanding and down-to-earth about everything. I would say he truly was like a friend throughout the entire experience and did his best to help me understand the things that we're going on with my case. Though one of my cases took very long time to get sorted out I couldn't be any more blessed to have him as a lawyer and would recommend him to anybody and everybody in a legal circumstance. I would also like to add that this case that took a long time were for multiple very serious charges involving multiple levels of felonies and misdemeanors but thanks to Bill I have not ended up a felon and have been able to turn my life around in many ways with his encouragement and support

I walked into the office the DAY BEFORE my court date and Mr. Baity STILL accepted my payment and went to court on my behalf and he even worked with me to pay the remainder when I suddenly had to leave my job temporarily to have shoulder surgery. If you're looking for a lawyer don't bother looking any further because he is the best in town ! He got my case dismissed and I could not be happier ! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Strongly suggest taking your money elsewhere for ANY major cases. His services are NOT worth the money he expects you to pay because all youre going to end up doing is pay more by the comma due to the amount of time he lets go by. He doesnt care about his clients (as shown in his advertisement) or even try to consider how his clients are effected negatively by his actions and lack of knowledge, to say the least. Hes strictly about the money and nothing less. I wonder how many of these good reviews are nothing more of a minor traffic ticket? Note for the Baity office: Dont reply to my review. I am extremely upset with this law firm as I live in another state but used them to represent me in court for a North Carolina traffic citation. I got their flyer in the mail a couple days after receiving my ticket and thought I'd give them a call. They told me how much they'd charge me to go to court and then I made payment with a credit card while on the phone. The court date was about a month after I got the ticket. They told me they'd contact me in writing after appearing for me in court and let me know if they were able to have it dismissed or reduced. After that phone call I stapled their flyer to a copy of my 15 MPH over speeding ticket I NEVER heard back from them so after another month or so I called them to ask why they never responded to me. They told me that they never went to court for me and that now my ticket showed as being delinquent and that they'd have to charge me another $250 go back and fix it. Then I'd have to pay fees fines and court costs. I am utterly disgusted that I now have to pay for the mistakes and excuses of a law firm that missed my day in court. I have contacted both the clerk of courts to ask what I'd need to do now, and then called another attorney to fix this mess. I'd never pay the Law offices of Bill J. Baity Jr. another penny. In my opinion, the person that I spoke to on the phone on my first call dropped the ball but you can never be sure who's fault it was there, not that it really matters when it comes to me being the one who now has to fix my otherwise flawless driving record. I'm very disappointed with this law firm.

Lady at the front desk is very rude .I understand her job is stressful,but she should really work on her customer service skills .Called about a price for a ticket and she was so rude.I just called another attorney and the lady was super nice and understanding.I wouldn't recommend this office at all .

Bill Baity is the best lawyer in Iredell county and surrounding. Here recently I was charged with 89/65. I called several lawyers in the same county and all the lawyers indicated that I would have 2 North Carolina license points. Instantly I thought I couldn't let my parents find out. Furthermore, his advertisement letter was over and beyond. In fact, I received his before any of the others. As I reviewed his letter, I quickly realized that I had no choice but to stick with his service. As time progressed and my case was continued into district court, I got the disposition letter stating that Bill was able to avoid me having license points/ insurance increase.
