If you have ever mentioned needing an attorney, I have told you about Ken Helms. I have been a client of the firm since they were Caldwell, Helder, Helms and Robinson - which has been a while. Ken Helms and his staff are always welcoming, kind and respectful. They truly value you as a person, not just another client. A year ago, I suffered an injury from a car collision and didn't know how to proceed, I called Ken and he offered amazing advice. He wanted me to know all of my options and gave me realistic timeline. He truly has had my best interest at heart since day 1. Ken and his team have spent the past year fighting for me in this case. In this year, they have always kept me up-to-date with the case and where it stands. Recently, they were able to settle and put this all behind me. His legal assistant, Julie, has been beyond awesome. But, honestly, anyone you come in contact with at this office is helpful and polite. I HIGHLY recommend this firm for all of your needs.

Very disappointed. Went in for my appointment with a very specific attorney and he could not bother to meet with me. Instead I was passed on to another attorney who was very unprepared for our meeting. Not very professional to have all the info sent to you beforehand, walk into a meeting not knowing why your client is there and then have to scroll through your phone to find all the emails that were forwarded to you. And of course he had no clue how to help me and was going to have to check with the other guy anyways. So here I am a week later with no response yet.
