I tried to hire for my wife, who was in jail. They told me only she could hire them. So I called someone else.The Wake county charges were dismissed. Thank you for naming them. I am not mistaken, the charges I am referring to are current and in Franklin county. I spoke to you directly on 2 separate occasions and it says a lot about you and your firm that you don't recall my name or my wife's. I will remove this review only because of the fact you put on there our personal business. Well done,sir.

I just got off the phone with the assistant & said the word damn because these people have not been answering the phone regarding a case that they are supposed to be helping in. I admittedly got very upset & yelled at the receptionist because they have been ignoring phone calls while someone is in jail. I have been in constant contact with the district attorney about this case and these people have been lying to the family of the person they are supposed to be helping. I would not recommend working with people who prioritize themselves over their clients. They have lied to the family saying that they had no new information. Meanwhile, I was told by the district attorney that he proposed a plea arrangement & was waiting for a response. The family has been trying to contact them for a week with no answer or response. The pandemic affects everyone. These people dont care about people in jail. I called the police, they told me to report them to the bar for malpractice.

Lawrence Tickle represented me for my child custody case. It was a very complicated and difficult case. He did an amazing job. He is honest, understanding and truly cares about his clients. His prices are reasonable and he could easily be charging more. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I will use him to represent me in the future if I need representation.

Tickle has no reviews under 5 stars because he blocks the reviewers and prevents them from doing so. I believe this violates the FTCs Consumer Review Fairness Act which basically means its illegal to block an honest review. He flagged my post for bullying and after a Facebook review came back in my favor he then blocked me so I couldnt re-post it. If anyone would like to see my communication to this firm please reach out to me. Do not hire this man until you do! After I talked to his office, he ended up representing the other client and telling my lawyer there was no conflict because I didnt pay him. Most law firms take your name and decline to represent other parties weather you pay them or not. Hes a total weasel.
