I paid Ms.Taylor 3000 to take on my custody battle with ex husband. She charged me 170.00 to send a letter out. $40 for a phone call! $35.00 for a phone call I never received! Im a black single mother fighting to keep my sons together & I felt as if she took advantage of my desperateness! I went to her support a black womans business! Shes the example of why its hard to patronize African Americans! Pandemic or not I expected better legal counsel! If your are considering her!! Take it from a person who spent 1500 in letters & phone calls... DO NOT RETAIN HER!

Although it was during the holidays when my divorce was being handled they replied to messages in a timely manner, they also kept me up to date on everything that was happening. Even when Cleveland County made a hiccup, Ms. Taylor still worked hard and got the matter corrected in a timely manner. Id recommend her services to anyone who appreciates professionalism and hard work. Definitely money well spent and I thank her for her hard work.

BEWARE WHEN CHOOSING THIS SO CALLED ATTY!!! Ms. Taylor did not even show up for my appt. But sure took my 200$. That was over a month ago & I havent heard from her since. Of course when I called for a refund or some sort of compensation I knew that I was out of luck. Attys like this should be disbarred!!! What a joke!!!!

We love Regina. I wish we would have found her sooner. She definitely knows what she is doing and treats all of her clients very well.

This was the very first experience that Ive ever had with needing legal assistance. After frustratingly searching for an attorney, making calls, leaving messages, and sending emails that were either returned many days later or not at all, a very close friend referred me to Regina Taylor. I sent Regina the exact same message that I sent the other attorneys, and received a reply within 24 hours. She even replied over a holiday while she was out of the office to let me know that she could help me, and would get back with me upon her return to her office. This was extremely important as no one wants to be left hanging and waiting in vain when in need of legal help. Attorney Taylor followed through with exactly what she said she would, and was expedient, precise, exact, and kept me abreast of my situation and her progress every single step of the way. I was extremely happy and beyond satisfied with her services. God forbid that I ever again have a legal issue, but if I do, Attorney Regina Taylor is my lawyer, and I will not turn to anyone else for assistance unless referred by her. I cannot speak highly enough of her services.

I paid $200 for a consult to file a divorce and they never called me back after I was promised a call within 2 days. They kept my money and never gave me a reason as to why my divorce case was not accepted. I hate to leave this review but, im extremely disappointed that they didnt mind taking my $200 but, they couldnt even call me back and when i did finally call they couldnt give me a reason or offer me a refund. Stay away from law firms like this. They will take your hard earned money.

Writing this review to help people whom are seeking child support/custody lawyers: Look elsewhere if you wish to have a reliable, trustworthy, and honest attorney, please do NOT use. You are wanting an attorney that will listen and take clear direction and communicate clearly during this time in your life. My case was over looked the entire process.Documents were not received to the client (me)in a timely matter and court paperwork not turn in on time to the courts due to negligence of this law office. Once that was brought to my attention and the lack of urgent/concern was shown I TURNED AWAY immediately! I questioned this and the why of it to have no answers, comments and actions were made/displayed as if it was no big deal.This is one of many harmful communication pieces that happened:On record - settled in court and the client (me) was not aware what we were settling for/on at all.This place is disgusting, very harmful to its clients and unprofessional 0/10 stars . Unprofessional ways are but not limited to the way of speaking to clients, turning in paperwork late, not explaining clearly the case at hand and not being sensitive to all client matters(even if it’s not a big deal to the attorney).Find an attorney that will listen to your request, that will educate you on the legal process you’re going through, and is clear in communication with yourself and the opposing side. If you have to pull teeth and beg/plea for help with anything that attorney is not the right fit for you. In my personal experience none of the following was done in a clear, direct and professional manner at all! Im not sure if this office knows what they are doing but turning difficult situations worse. As a client reaching out asking for what the next steps are and asking for clear direction to be charged over the years is not what I want anyone else to experience. The opposing attorney noticed the negligence of this case and started to take over and unfortunately my case was more in favor with the opposing side because of this. The money and time was not worth it at The Law office of Regina Taylor and in hopes of writing this review, you will think twice before calling this attorney, when it comes to your family.
