We have used Brumsey & Brumsey PLLC to purchase and sell our home of 9 years. I was thoroughly disappointed with my most recent experience at the sale. The communication was lacking and what was delivered was very cold and felt rude. I had to contact them to ask if the paperwork copies and settlement cheque had been mailed as the assistant did not inform me it had. I would have chosen a different law firm second time around if I had known the service was going to be so awful.

ONE Star is Too Many! Ever wish that you had never met someone? It started with lots of "we'll help every step of the way " but turned into "well what do you expect me to do about it?" The surprise fees showed up 2 days prior to closing and were ones unique to his county but never revealed to the buyer nor to us ( Sellers) until then.
