I am extremely disappointed with, in open court the Atterny complimented opposing party (mother of the year) mom was convicted of child abuse in the past. I turned in over 50 pages of documentation witch I was charged for processing, yet they wer not presented in the courtroom farther more The day of court we had a meeting 2 hours before hearing and the attorney and paralegal had no clue where my fiel was . The atterny blamed the paralegal for them being unprepared. Of course we lost coustedy. A few weeks after we had a meeting, atterny did offer to refund 1/2 the retainer, ( I don't want unhappy costumers seek new council or we set the retainer back $2000 and continue) of course we continued. Interesting enough the grand mother of a sepret coustedy case was in the court room in support of opposing party, atterny waived and smiled at her in open court. Later stated he knew her from another case????? Hum ???? Moving on after meeting from April to June i noticed that my case was being reviewed about 3 times a month, a few phone calls and and emails pleadings and thy charged me $1200.00 / I asked for my $800.00 back and asked law firm to withdraw. $3200.00 down the drain. Very disappointed.
