Horrible experience. I fired this firm when they failed to produce any tangible results after six months. In two different written letters, I explained my dissatisfaction to the proprietor (Ms. Surratt) and she never bothered to acknowledge either letter. My next attorney (who was fantastic) got the same deal accepted and closed in a month that the Surratt firm couldn't get any movement on whatsoever. Seriously, be cautious. A divorce is hard enough, but having a bad lawyer makes it 10 times worse.

First I read the positive reviews and I was 'sold' on giving them a try. To my surprise though, when I called the office, the person who answered was extremely rude, short and hang up the phone on me. Needless to say, I would not give this practice my business based on this very strange behavior.
