This was the first lawyer I had a consultation with. I was looking for a lawyer to help me start process with custody. This lawyer was so unbelievably insensitive and could care less about anything I had to say. I felt so uncomfortable sitting there for a whole 4 minutes it only took a few seconds to realize he was not interested in helping me in any way. My consultation was so short since he was not interested in listening to me or asking me details. His response to the very little I said was to go to the DAs office its free there. Maybe since I am a single mother he thought I couldnt afford him Im not sure. Fighting for custody and starting a process is hard enough. Its mentally straining and after walking out of his office I felt even worse. I was so thankful that I had called around and 2 hours later another lawyer called and spent 25 minutes asking me about my situation and actually listened to me! He gave me my hope back, the hope that this Carucci lawyer took away from me! Im not alone with all of this but no thanks to this lawyer. I would never in my life go back to him he gave me his card to call him if I Ever get served with papers or if anything else comes up.

The best family law practice in Reno!!! My divorce was a complete mess when I met with Rod the first time. We sat down and spoke, within 10 minutes I knew I was in good hands. Straight forward and honest!Rod and his knowledgeable team helped me through this difficult part of my life. Child custody and asset retention were his strong points in my case.
