Bullies and fabricators at best. Ive known people whove not only retained them, but been on their receiving end fighting against them as well. Not impressed to say the least, and like majority of lawyers out there, are just out to deliver unreasonable expectations and drag things on to take your money. Theyll do anything to win, including making up things against the other party if need be.I personally witnessed Saira Haseebullah herself in action. Way too emotional, immature, and throws fits and stomps her feet in front of everyone in the court room like a child when she knows shes losing and not getting her way. Unprofessional, disgraceful, and downright comical actually. Steer clear of that one folks. Unless you WANT a good show.Oh, theyll also do anything to get great reviews. Most are paid for, coaxed, from friends or family members, just down right fabricated. On yelp they do all they can to delete and hide the truth. They get mad and always have something to say about their bad reviews. A further testament to the true poor losers they are and just how far and dirty theyre willing to go in general. Divorce is a very serious subject and the one thing you'll hear from anyone who's been through it is making sure you leave no stone unturned, address everything and prepare yourself for future red flags. It was a relief in an extremely stressful time to have John, and his whole staff for that matter, on top of things. He and his whole office were attentive and easily attainable to answer questions. After a quick Google search for lawyers who represent fathers, I found Kelleher & Kelleher. Their office was a little farther than I wanted, but they were military friend so I came in for a consultation. My appointment was with John. He was a very active listener and wrote down notes the entire time I was talking. Which was great. Their office does have a conservative approach, but this is ideal in my eyes because they were very thorough and ensured all the boxes were checked for the custody case. He knew what the judge would expect and made sure I met those expectations prior to stepping foot in the courtroom. I stuck with John, Christine, and Neha throughout the entirety of the custody case and I am thoroughly pleased with the process and end result. It was lengthy and pricey, but you get what you pay for. Every member of the team was very upfront with me about what to expect. In the end, I got everything I wanted with my daughter (full legal and full physical custody). I'm not saying this can happen for every parent out there. I was very disappointed with my experience with John Kelleher and his firm. John took on my work knowing full well that he was not licensed to perform the duties required of him. When it came time to sign my documents, he informed me he could not, given that he was not licensed in my jurisdiction - a jurisdiction I disclosed (and was evident from my documents) from the outset. I was forced to go through the entire process again with a different lawyer, paying his full fee in addition. He and his staff insisted that this had been expressed to me. Obviously it had not been or I would have never undertook their services. They refused to return payment. I found them to be unethical and dishonest.

I have watched the improprieties and unethical maneuvers to create false stories and make it be real. Slander harassment none stop lies. Demanding his client not coparnet so he can control the money long the pockets of the firm. This guy is simply someone who enjoys eying children families and emptying bank accounts. He follows no rules no ethics just a loose cannon He has been running this fornao many years he thinks he runs the town. Well. I am thinking these days are quickly coming to an end. Don't trust this guy and if your in the receiving end watch that he gets court orders signed by judges without actually using the minutes or videos he adds stuff in to allow his client to steal. Fraud upon the court. Watch out. Do research look at improprieties acknowledged by the Supreme Court ( paying off judges)

John Kelleher is very good at what he does. He is an outstanding attorney. Make no mistake they are your attorney's, not your friends.. You will get a pricing and billing sheet right up front and totally transparent. You make a phone call, you are billed. You send an email for response, you are billed. They send a fax, you are billed. They send a letter, your are billed. When a junior attorney sent out an un-approved offer to opposing counsel, your are billed. John is outstanding in what he does, he work hard for you. You need to realize, John and his staff's time is valuable and you will be billed for every minute. I was referred to John Kelleher to represent me for an extremely stressful and difficult custody case. I was counter sued by my childrens Father to lower his child support. The decision to finally take action had been a long time coming and I was scared. But, John and his staff were so amazing. John is brilliant as a lawyer, but that's really only half the battle when you go through something like this. After interviewing 10 plus attorneys John was the only one that stated this is the Nevada law and if all the info I am giving him is correct this is what I would be entitled too. Other attorneys tried to sell me on that I would have everything and then some. I appreciate this law firm being straight up front with our court strategy. Its very emotional and many times I wanted to send OC a nasty letter for making me to be a bad father, but John always took the high road and told me this is how we have to do it. I didn't always agree with it but I hired John to do a job and wasn't going to tell him how to do his job. In the end everything happened as he stated and I spent 1/2 of what my ex spent on attorneys as hers would always find ways to create billable hours.To all the first timers be prepared to be thrown under the bus by the other attorneys and make you look like a fool. None of this matters and its there to make you want to respond, which John many times explained to me its not worth to reply to these items and I would be wasting money. He was 110% correct! Listen to John and he will steer you in the right direction. You may not like what he has to say or not to say but you have to remember John knows the judges and the OC very well and knows how to react . Let him do the job and you will succeed! This law firm also has amazing people who help out and I had a second council of Ryan who I dealt with most of the time and someone who is just as on task as John. I can't stress enough how Ryan took my case and again kept me in line. Could of not done this without him. Cheryl the office manager is there to help out any way she can. She is amazing!! They purposefully do not work out issues outside of court so they can force clients into court and bill for more money. Kelleher tries to have bad reviews removed off Yelp so he can change the narrative. He will then say “I don’t know these people.” Theses are only on the negative reviews... of course. Mr Kelleher needs to understand that people have the right to free speech; taking the good with the bad as he owns a business. As an attorney he should respect a persons First Amendment rights and opinions. Again showing his true colors. Never trust this attorneys office with your child’s life and hope your ex is not using him because you will be defending yourself against lies that could impact you and you children forever.
