When I thought about qualities and experience that I wanted to have in an attorney, I wanted good communication and people skills, someone with good judgement and integrity, experience, perseverance and a bit of creativity. Nathan Gibbs was payed over $24,000 and not only did he not resolve issue I came to him for, nor produce any conclusion what-so-ever, but I was legally in a worse position than before. He left me without representation at the highest levels out of malice for questioning him.You would be better off spending his fees on anything else beside his representation of you. He will try to distance himself to cover his mistakes, make himself unavailable to you to answer pertinent questions you have about your case, leaving you legally vulnerable and then blame you for it. He is inept and a coward with other attorneys but takes a hardline with a single mother who was referred to him for help who he made an enormous amount of money from, covering up a huge mistake he made from the get-go.After several weeks of trying to get a hold of him to get status of case, he waited till Dec. 30th, 2016 (the Friday before New Year's Eve) at 3:15pm to email me a letter, saying he would no longer be representing me. He then filed a lien for addition $15,000 on a pending case.Drug dealers and prostitutes have more honor in the work they do than R. Nathan Gibbs. There is no other profession in the world where someone could get away with charging you $24,000, giving you nothing in return, and then feel entitled to $15,000 more on top of that, not one.
