I'm an honest man and I call it the way I see it even though he was representing the other side of the dark side I can't hold that against you cuz I went in later to drop something off to amen now he was a real person they seem like a real caring people and I really don't have a problem with them once I learn more I'll probably give him a complete five stars but just for the sake of argument I went for stars seemed like a some good attorneys to me.

Very friendly and helpful

Received the most minor traffic violation in the area, failing to see a separate detour for cars and trucks. Thought would be no big deal so hired this local guy to handle this in the local court. After talking to David himself, was led to believe indeed this would be a piece of cake and was encouraged to proceed. Paid $500 for the service, which they took within 2min of the call btw. Turns out, they were not able to defer the violation. Stated prosecutor did not allow it deferred even though I have perfect record, first incident. If they could not defer this then they can not defer anything. Easier cases don't exist. Additionally, some associate shares this with me after being asked for update and not David himself. So I am out of hard earned $500 and got nothing to show for it. No way to verify what work/effort was even done. When asked for a very fair 50% refund, they acted as if I was asking for the blood of their first born. Wish there was another word other than scam, for getting nothing for something, but there isn't. Bad experience. Avoid like the plague.

I have used Dave a few times over the years and I have always had good results. He stays in contact with his clients and always does what he says. If anyone is looking for an attorney I strongly recommend they use Dave. Great guy, great attorney.
