James, was fantastic for me in all aspects of what I needed. He would respond when I had questions, and had answers to my questions when I asked. Not the, let me get back to you type at all, by my experience. I completely won my case with James as my lawyer after multiple attempts with other attorney;s and myself. Once I turned my case over to James and let him handle it. I was able to relax and go about my business and my day. James was fantastic. I will be hiring him again when I get to the will & probate part of my life. GREAT!!!!

I contacted Mr Capra to help me with a pension dispute with my former wife. I was unable to understand my rights and I was at a dead end trying to figure out how to resolve my problem. Mr Capra was able to find my 30 year old divorce papers and with help from his able assistant Casey Peterson we were able to resolve my pension issues. I highly recommend Mr Capra.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This lawyer just wants to make a buck and get a case settled whether it is the outcome his client wanted or not. During a mediation, he sat back and did nothing, nor fought for what I wanted. Take your money to a trustworthy firm or lawyer who will fight for what you want. He constantly got names wrong, details of the case wrong, and never informed me of the other parties responses or information. Waste of time and money. He almost ruined my entire relocation case and gave terrible advice that he denied ever giving.

I recently had occasion to refer one of my adult children to this office and it was a great relief to know that that I would be handing them off to such a trusted resource to handle their case. James provides straight forward, low key advice at your pace up front followed by experienced guidance through the legal system.

Divorce sucks. James Capra helped me through a really ugly process. He advocated for me when I couldn't, and he made sure our custody evaluation was done by a Licensed Family and Marriage Therapist (instead of court appointed Guardian ad Litem with only a HS diploma). Cannot stress how important that was! He is professional, yet a bulldog when needed. Helped me see what was worth fighting over and what to let go of. Kept me out of the drama hole (& pulled me out when I slipped) so we focused on what mattered: the well-being of my kids. If you just want to destroy the other person, he might not be your guy; he is tough but fair. When I was tempted to walk away from everything to avoid fighting, he really helped keep the focus on what was best for the kids. Wish I had met him when I was a timid, bullied young person. James Capra has been incredibly helpful in a very tough divorce. He is very knowledgeable, honest, realistic and experienced. He also worked hard to keep costs down to only the necessary expenses.

Went through a very stressful divorce. My wife wouldn't agree to anything. She went through three lawyers because she was so unreasonable. James stuck with me and saved me a bunch of money on my settlement long term. He also did my will and living will after the divorce. He didn't nickel and dime me like a lot of other do.
