I met with Mr. Moir and he was very professional and informative. I actually spoke first to a few other attorneys and was not impressed. It appears they were not as updated with recent changes in the law as Mr. Moir was. Mr. Moir explained all of my options with pros and cons. He didn't sugar coat things and explained what I was up against. He was timely in returning phone calls. I really couldn't ask for more.

Twice i called his office to retain.The secretary did everything in her power to convince me to hire someone else. I was told i could not affdo him before giving me a price. Justst wow.

Do NOT hire this guy. He just wants your retainer fee and then he wont be of much help. He doesnt care about you or your case, just your money.
