Andrew Rifkin well known for exploiting his clients to stuffs his pockets with cash. I found that all the lawyers in the circle of divorce attorneys knew his tactic's well. We had a non contested divorce with no kids. Between my ex-wife and I we spent $600,000 and were victimized by his escapades to harass everyone and filing frivioulios court documents over and over again. It was so unethical he would just make things up and file a court document and then retract them.Total exploitation of his powers given to him by the licensing board, everything he filed was withdrawn at the last minute. I consulted with a judge and on his recommendation I have filed a grievance with the State of Michigan Licensing board against him. He has clearly abused his authorities and he must be held accountable.

Know many disgruntled clients. Beware of him and his firm. Does not invest in his clients. Not an attorney. He is a business development strategist only.

This man is not a good person. He knowingly presents false statements to the court. He over charges clients and makes bad situations worse. The legal community should stop his abuse of the court system.
