David Burbidge is absolutely the most unprofessional attorney I have ever had the displeasure of meeting! He walks around the halls of his office building talking bad about clients. His secretary is extremely rude to clients & acts like it is an inconvenience for someone to be bothering her to do her job.. aside from how terrible those two were, Shawn Johnston was very nice & thorough. Don't waste your time unless you are planning to work with Shawn directly.

Very disappointed with the lack of response and sloppy follow up. I had visited this firm to get a living will and Power of Attorney documents. It took much longer than what was promised and now after several months I am still hoping to get an editable copy of the will document so that I can correct typos on my wife's name across all documents. I can get a PDF software to convert the document to MS Word myself, but that's besides the point. The company is charging a hefty fee to my employer for providing this service. The least I would expect is a document without typos. Or if you're too busy to correct your mistakes, just give me an editable copy of the documents. It has been ten days since my last request and I am yet to get a response. I originally approached the law firm in April and as of mid August, I am still without accurate documents. I am guessing they didn't show this tardiness in billing my employer for the 'services' rendered. Disappointed.
