I was charged 1/2 an hour for a 10 minute phone call. I was also charged one hour for something my new lawyer said should have taken 15 minutes as it is a standard form. It took Chelsea nearly one month to complete and get me that simple form despite my asking for it more than once prior to that. I then show up to the office to pick up the release and she neglected to inform me that the office closes for one hour over lunch everyday. Though neither Google nor their website indicates this. So I spent one hour over lunch driving out there and back for nothing. I also just received a bill for her services when everything should have been completed and billed by May 1, so 5 weeks later. I will not use Handley's services in the future and would not recommend them to anyone else either.
