I had a WONDERFUL experience at the Tell City Family Dollar. The one young man with the hat (sorry I forget his name) was so sweet and helpful! He went above and beyond and struck up a great conversation while checking me out. The other staff are always very polite and helpful too! Such a wonderful place to shop.

Sometime about 12-14-2019 or 12-15-2019 I bought some swiss rolls the store clerk put them in the bag I took them to work an as I pulled the unopened package out of the bag found mice ate threw on one side of the package

The management with the exception of Ms. Jasmine is very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, whom have a great deal of misconduct. The lady whom I believes name is Mel, is not a good representive to have working with others nor the Family Dollar. She is very rude, unkind, and hostile. I asked them to review the camera for actions taken place outside of the store and they refused and dismissed me from Tell City's Family Dollar...For accusation that were false and misrepresented..I have spent several thousands of dollars in this store #5660. However, Ms.Hope and Jasmine are very kind and helpful when I called to speak with Jasmine I was refused and then told to not come back to the store! Also I feel along with many others that drug testing should take place with current employees and taught how to treat others such as customers when dealing with an issue..I will be in contact with the CEO/Chairman today discussing this and other incidents. Also would be more than happy to produce any and all receipts. This lady Mel, (I do believe is her name) should be dealt with accordinly I also have three other individuals whom have the same issues and will be discussing the matters at hand as well.. I went in the other day, as soon as I walked in there were two customers lined up waiting to check out. As I was walking down towards aisles an employee seen me but did not go check up front. I went found what I needed, probably took me 6-8 minutes. I went back up front and same customers were standing there waiting. They had said they were waiting a few minutes before I had even walked in!! I found a bell and rang it still had to wait a couple minutes so I rang again finally someone came. Before it got to us my child had to use the restroom and the girl said hold on ill have him unlock it. Instead of calling or saying something she just kept going my daughter started getting squirmy then that other employee finally came up and the girl said hey can you let her in the bathroom? Then he said oh yea hold on head on back we still had to wait by the time he finally came back there she had went in her pants!! I have never seen such slow or poor service! Granted its not a place to really use the restroom but if we wouldn't of had to wait so long for someone to check us out this wouldn't of happen!!! And if you see a small child dancing around because of having to go to the bathroom you should move your butt!!!
