This should be absolutely ZERO stars! I had the most TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL experience that I have ever had from a business! Sue was extremely hostile and rude to me. Refusing to give me back my own tax documents until she demanded to speak to my husband was only part of it. I WILL be contacting corporate office Monday morning! ABSOLUTELY HORRID!

If I could give you no stars I definitely would. I went there to do my taxes and they said 500 dollars and went to someone else because i didn't think it was right I would of got 5 grand back if I wouldn't of went to them. I suggest no o e go to h and r block
