Lskew Law is EXCEPTIONAL. You can not interact with any Court system without legal representation. Lskew Law was exactly what I needed. Reasonably priced, they know the Marion County Courts, and they contact you with every up-date on your case. They do all of the paperwork and appearances to get your case through the Courts on your behalf. Best of all, they work in your interest for the greatest possible outcome. My husband had a child support case that was started after 10 YEARS, one whom he wasnt sure of. I had a former coworker who had talked to me about NATE, when we were consulted we were assigned to TIFFANY. Right then my husband knew she was going to be bias because shes a woman but I told him to give it a chance. Well little did I know she was bias, very very bias. We explained the case and the ongoing situations for the past years and she kept siding with the other party saying it doesnt matter. Even though he told her hes not on the birth certificate she said it was his due responsibility since the day of birth of the child. BUT she never explained to us that the court he was being sent to was just child support, and thats why he couldnt fight back, not in that court. The lawyer we ended up finding was very knowledgeable and explained throughly to us that first my husband has to change the court type to fight for his rights, get a dna test and then let the judge determine how much retro child support was owed because the other party had never filed for any. Tiffany never explained this process to us she was just very bias to the party because she was a woman, nothing she told my husband brought us any relief, she even told him she suggested him to start saving up, AND she even had the audacity to ask us for our statuses here in the US claiming the judge could get nasty and bring that up, little did she know my husbands a citizen and I am a resident so she had nothing else to add there. Not one thing that she said gave us a resolution and she was charging him $2,500, but why would we pay that when she wasnt doing anything for him to help him? That was $100 of consultation we will never get back!! Thank God we ran into the lawyer we now have and has educated us on the process step by step to get things going smooth, and has done everything he promised from changing the court type and petitioning whats needed. All this for less of the cost she wanted for doing nothing for him lol.

Initially Chris did his job and a plea agreement had been reached in 2015. Since my wife has only been able to reach Chris 2-3 times. The terms of the plea agreement have been met but Chris has not submitted any of the paperwork to the court.They have not been notified of payments made, the felony charge should have been dropped in September 2018. I still have a felony on my record and the court is still garnishing my wages for money already paid per the plea agreement. My wife last heard from Chris in November and has emailed him again last week. Still NO response. I would go with any other attorney. Especially if you want your plea agreement settled on time and communication. I only gave one star because I had to. If you choose this office you will pay more money then court ordered to and then he will not inform the court the restitution has been paid in full since July 2018. That is when my wife first started contacting him. The county court house was not showing over half of the payments had actually been made. We will also be filing a complaint with the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.

I was accused of a crime I didnt do and from the very beginning Ben believed in me and gave me confidence that he would make this go away. He was always on time for court and very professional. The staffing always make sure you get reminders of upcoming events and changes in court proceedings especially Victoria. They were able to get the charges against me dismissed and I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with legal issues. I hope to never need them again but if I ever do I know where I will be going.
