I got GREAT service from my attorney Mr. Banks. Mr. Banks was very understanding of my income and how I was basically living paycheck to paycheck, he worked with me while we made a payment plan. He kept me updated with new discoveries, and new information throughout my whole case. All the way up until my last court date. Let me just say this Adam Brower is the best attorney in Indianapolis he saved my life. Adam is a super lawyer! I made a mistake and I was looking anywhere between 9 and 41 years prison if they wanted to throw the book at me. I got off on probation and I'm able to be with my family and continue to work. Bill has helped my fiance and I with two matters and completely knocked this last case out of the park. He shut the case down before we even went to court and got an agreement for an ongoing custody battle within the first two or so times speaking with the opposing counsel (keep in mind he doesnt practice family law and was not hired for this but did it to help my family. My custody lawyer was present and was also very impressed with the way bill handled this as his case was also tied in.) I recommend this firm highly and all I can say is trust what they say. I have unfortunately had my share of run ins with the law, and had a few good attorneys!. But, when I called Banks & Brower, and hired Adam Brower to represent me on an OWI case, I got the 5 star treatment!..He has a wonderful paralegal named Valerie Bishop, who takes care of all the little important things when Adam is busy with other clients!...I happen to live in Kansas City, not Indiana, which is scary situation!..Indiana considered me a habitual violator, and I was facing some very serious time, 8 years!....I am 57 and wanted to give up on life at that time!... it has taken over a year with Adam negotiating on my behalf to get my sentence down to 10 days in jail, and some house arrest!.. To top it off, he got my case transferred to Kansas City where I live and work, to complete the terms of my sentence, which is unheard of in the state of Indiana!.... whomever may read this, trust me that Adam Brower, is as far as Im Concerned, is as good as they come!....
