Worst experience ever! I would give a zero star if I could. Tom Norton spoke to my husband once and me once on the phone for less than 20 minutes. Never returned my calls. Generated a letter. Was supposed to send one to the other party and one to me. Charged my husband over $200 for this. Didnt send my copy so I had to call to ask about it. They sent it then the following month I received an additional bill for $63.00 for sending me my copy that I was supposed to get the first time. I dont understand how being an attorney gives you the right to continually charge, not to mention overcharge for services. I would call and protest but I dont want to be charged for that. You cant not pay it because then theyll sue you and charge you double for their services. Please dont read this Tom I dont want to be billed for your time for that too. Yes Im a little pissed. Never again will I use or recommend your company.

I would not recommend Thomas Norton. Overpriced, information not helpful. I wanted to find out if he had a conflict of interest in the matter I was interested in, and was charged for that call.
