Got charged $227 to get a $287 return. Wouldve been $327 without the $100 switch over incentive. Not only did I get charged the $227 once, I got charged twice! So now my $287 return cost me $454. They were real quick to take my $454! They said they would refund my $227 so I went in for them to refund it to my card, the refund never showed up in my back account. Refund never went through. When can I expect my $227?
