I paid Emily S Waddle thousands of dollars, i don't have a criminal record and was always a part of my child's life, my ex and I broke up, and for 3 months didn't go to court, I was having my son 3 or 4 days a week Started dating other people n his mom held him from me and wouldn't return my calls for 6 months, so I hired miss waddle to get justice and be a part of my sons life. She made me promises saying well at least get the days you had, after I paid her she filled the case we met with my ex arranged temporary 1 day a week with my son. But were gonna fight for more, she appointed a GAL for me, then never did anything else, never prepared a case or files. Told me to delete any evidence of his mom acting up, and when I was emailing her explaining my frustration after 9 months past and nothing had changed she withdrew from my case, and didn't help with anything. Be very careful this lawyer only cares about money, not children's lives or justice. Also very lazy she is very over weight so I'm sure that makes it hard for her to do her job properly. Maybe that's why she never built any case or helped in any way.

Horrible lawyer! Does not hold up her end if the bargain. Playing with peoples lives is not a game but apparently it's a game she is good at. And the sad thing is that this little child will be the one to pay and to be subjected to terrible things, and I guess our system just allows it! So DISGUSTED!!!!

I would definitely recommend Emily to a friend or family member that was in need of legal aid. Though it's sometimes difficult to trust an attorney I really had a positive feeling in the room when we were there. She seems like she gets to the point she doesn't deal with any BS she doesn't promise things that she can't follow through with she is very honest and let you know what your options are and how it may or may not work out I think that is something that has very odd when it comes to lawyers a lot of times they just want money in their pocket and I didn't feel that way with Emily I really really would recommend her to someone if they were in need of a lawyer

In April 1999, I had just relocated to Florida and was blind-sighted by being served with a divorce petition by my spouse who was still residing in our Indiana home. Within a year of Attorney Emily S Waddle taking over my case, June 2008, I was finally granted a divorce with benefits in my favor. To this day I am eternally grateful to Attorney Emily S Waddle for helping me out when I felt there was no legal protection on my side during this upsetting chapter in my life. I have not forgotten Emily S Waddle for many reasons and had there been internet sites back in 2008 as there are today, this Review would have been posted at that.
