I hired Al Stout with a 1000 dollar retainer fee on 5/26 regarding my court case where my ex spouse was looking to review child support and parenting time. The court date was set for 6/11 so I told them if they need to request a continuance, thats okay with me. They assured me we were good to go for the original date and that things would be ready.TODAY, 6/10, ONE DAY BEFORE COURT, his paralegal Karen Kulow called me at 3:30 to suggest I sign a stipulation my ex wrote up with his lawyers and sent YESTERDAY to just resolve the case and settle. This stipulation included false statements. I told them I didnt want to sign a legal document that had false information, especially if it incriminates me for something I didnt do. She kept pushing me to sign it and when I asked why the lawyer didnt wanna go to court, she replied, and I quote, I dont have an answer for you. So I told her she should probably figure that out and call me back because I do not want to sign that paper. I want to keep the court date we ALL agreed on. When I said that, she replied well then Ill have to cancel his appointment tomorrow at 10...So he still has an appointment at the same time as the court date hes been in agreement with for 2 weeks? She then called back with Mr. Stout on the phone as well, who almost immediately tried to strong arm me into signing the document so he wouldnt have to go to court. He threatened, with no supporting argument, that my ex could full custody of my daughter if I went to the court date, and when I flat out asked him if he was trying to intimidate me into signing the paper, he told his paralegal to end the recording and THEN told me to find new representation cause Im no longer his client.This was all while I had my mother and father both listening for witness.Instead of telling me as soon as the stipulation was proposed, they waited til 3:30 the day before court so they could bully me into signing the form so he wouldnt have to go with me and do his job.This man never intended to defend me in court.That was an absolutely absurd way for a professional to act with a client who wants to keep the court date and he will be reported to the appropriate authorities, swiftly.

I have made friends with most of the people here, wouldnt go any place else, highly recommend them.

Lisa Hanna is terrible. Unprepared and arrived at the court hearing at the last minute. Files a restraining order and was unprepared, very embarrassing. Went for the plea agreement before interviewing the witnesses. Didn't even know when the next court case was, I had to remind her of the date. Wasted $2,900 on these clowns. Don't use them waste of money. I have since switched lawyers. Better results.

Dont waste your time and money here. They told me I had Over a 90 Percent chance of fighting a conviction. They did nothing for me but drag the case on and cost me more money. I would have been better off with a court appointed lawyer! He is a crook.

Crooked. Will take on a case built on lies. When called out on the lies still continues case. I guess money can buy anything.

Al Stout is awesome

Outrageous prices with no results. Update: Another court date with zero results. Judge ordered husband to do 5 things and he has done nothing since August. But husband still not in jail for ignoring court orders. Nothing more than a rich thieving attorney
