If I could give Brendan more stars, I would. I was referred to Brendan by multiple attorney's and my boss. I was told he was the best in Children's Advocacy and DCFS cases. They were not wrong. On top of his extensive knowledge, Brendan is caring, kind, and patiently answered every question I had for him. I never felt rushed, or like my case didn't matter. My first meeting with Brendan I was confused, fearful, and uncertain of what was to come. Brendan walked me through the entire process and spoke with a confidence that made me trust him and his recommendations. His organization and preparedness to the case put me at ease. He is great with communication and responded in a timely manner to texts, phone calls, and e-mails. I am forever grateful for the help he provided my family.

It really is too bad there is no 7th star for Brendan. Before writing this I took time to read a few other reviews. Everything said about him is true. Not only the regular police, but ranking detectives get flustered when being cross examined; the best I can equate this to is a kid getting caught in a lie. It's courtroom magic. The prosecutor for my case was sullen and defeated at the very end. Brendan was able to negotiate a sentencing hearing (for those who don't know, a sentencing hearing is something you go into knowing you will end up with fines, probation, and possibly jail or prison time) and get less than 1/16 of the time the prosecution wanted. Judges like to work with him because he is efficient and he does not waste time in the courtroom; trust me you want a happy judge. I have no doubt in my mind that one day Brendan Caver could be remembered as one of the greatest defense attorneys of this century. Do yourself a favor, don't wait to call him; as soon as law enforcement even wants to talk to you tell them to call Brendan Caver!

I have sought Attorney Caver's counsel on matters relevant to juvenile abuse and neglect more than once. Attorney Caver provides fantastic, even-tempered, and cerebral counsel and guidance. His diligence in preparing matters is an example for others to follow. As both a person and a litigator I hold Attorney Caver in the highest of esteem.
