I highly recommend Hany Khoury to you wholeheartedly. He has incredible skill and experience in divorce. From my first consultation to the final judgment (and now beyond) Mr. Khoury is very professional, efficient, and mostly TRUSTWORTHY. Hany continually communicated with me throughout my divorce proceedings and is always accessible and available when I had/have questions through email or calls. Mr. Khoury guided me through my divorce process and is continuing to be my Rock. Through this knowing he is on my side and will always be on my side. From day one, Mr. Khoury gives 100% undivided attention once you step through the door. Easy to talk to and receptive to your personal situations. Will research the issue you have and will be prepared every time he walks into that court room. Very savvy at his craft and will not let you go on saying 'I wish more was done'. If you looking for someone to represent you! Stop and see Hany Khoury. Hes the real deal I wasnt ask to post this comment. Ive went through several attorneys in the Quad Cities and found this guy. My case is a very well known custody and divorce case in this area and surrounding. Hes very knowledgeable, reliable. Your not going to wait for weeks after you hire him to get a response. Him and his staff are friendly and professional and respond back in a timely manner. In the courtroom hes patient and respects the judges. This is the guy you want in your corner. Give him a call I definitely give this guy 5 stars.

I was the probably the 1st big custody case over 11 years ago that Hany had taken, he was young, energetic, compassionate and smooth in court. He did a wonderful job in and out of the court room, my case was intense, long and drug out that he had to carry my file in the trunk of his car simply because of the size of the file was to big. My husband and I used Atty Khoury to help get custody of my step daughter. Not only was he successful in getting this for us he also did an order on a related case for us. He stayed in great contact with us. We got emails at 6 in the morning and later in the evenings after his office was closed and even once on a Sunday to keep us informed and updated. This is all done now and he is still helping us out doing an order for child support to be stopped. We are in the middle of purchasing a home and we will definitely use him for this also!

I had a complicated divorce and child custody matter. Hany knew my own details better than I did, and with only a weekend of preparation found critical errors in their documentation and filings that I overlooked. He's focused and experienced, and can review discovery faster and more thoroughly than anyone else. He works more in a week than I do in a month. His trial strategy was specific, intentional, and perfectly rehearsed, and ultimately saved me from myself. If he did what I wanted, it would have been much worse. In the end I was awarded majority parenting time and almost everything requested. His partner Jacob Hoelscher is just as reliable, and I don't worry at all when either one still represents mine and my children's' interests.

I had one of the worst cases possible. Felonies and a bad past. Fought for my son for five years, but Hany took my case with no doubts and when I wanted to give up he let me know and assured me we got this! Amazing in the court room, Slick as oil, Don't ask me how he did it, but he did. And man it was a battle. Thanks Hany. His demeanor in the Courtroom was respectful yet bold. He kept the lines of negotiations between the other attorney clear and to the point. He was prompt with replying to my calls and emails. My new wife went through a divorce. She did put off for a short time a small matter that was supposed to be cleared up hoping that her ex would be a little more helpful. She recently tried to contact the number provided and no one answers. From my understanding the lawyer put it off and never followed through. I believe this is typical of a lawyer. Next step BBB. Hopefully they can finish what was already paid for. Otherwise she got ripped off out of a lot of money. Must be ok because the lawyer got his money.
