I used Mr. Jared Trigg to sell my house for sale by owner. He was on top of absolutely everything. Mr. Trigg followed up with me several times without me having to reach out to him first. With my permission, he took the initiative to work with my lender to get all the information needed for calculations. When we got to closing he had everything in order. It was the easiest process ever because Mr. Trigg took care of everything. He really looks out for his client's best interest at every turn no matter what form of legal council you retain him for.
