My wife and I have used Ms. Brezinski on our last two real estate transactions. She is excellent at looking out for your best interests and she really knows what she is doing. Her representation of our interests saved us hundreds of dollars on both of our transactions. We have used other attorneys before but none have compared to her. She and her office staff have always been prompt in returning our calls and emails. We cannot recommend her enough. She will be getting all of our future business.

Very incompetent and does not have your best interest in mind. Hired her to enforce a property size on purchase contract as there was an ability for the seller to do so yet the seller wanted to reduce the property size. She had a hard time understanding the issue even with pictures and plot maps. When I was told by the seller that he was going the make an offer to me that was larger yet still under what the contract state I told her the next day. Instead of quickly calling the other attorney and informing him that it was not going to work, she waited for a for a formal offer, which took a month. Then told me that it was a good offer. Had to constantly motivate her to try enforce the contract with my best interest at stake. From the beginning when I called the sellers attorney out for lying to her she defended him saying that he has never lied to her in 25 years (should have fired her at this time as all attorneys lie at some point) and seemed to want to go with his best interest. She never informed me of delays that were caused by the sellers attorney. This really made me question who she was working for.Her lack of communication was very unprofessional. This communication is the backbone of trust. I encountered many unreturned phone calls and incomplete updates, in which I received the information from the bank. She sent important documents via email, which required my approval or changes, without a follow up to see if I had received them. Day before the documents were to go to the sellers attorney I am informed about it and nothing I had specifically requested in a prior conversation with her were on the document. That in itself showed me it was not reviewed by her or that my interest was relevant. I let her go before the closing due to no trust and everything she was doing seemed to make things take even longer. I wrote this review in hopes that no one else has to go through what I went through with her.
