Heather Dabler: Worst attorney I have ever known. Took a slam dunk case and lost. Put in no effort and did not care about her client. Just ran up the bill. Took two years to get a court date. More dates more money. In the end through her client under the bus.

Susan Wilson and her assistant, Cheryl Moss, walked me through the very difficult process of divorce and child custody. Susan handled my case with the utmost concern for the very best outcome for me and my children. Susan is honest, straight forward, respectful, and patient. She communicated with me every step of the way regarding my options and the procedures. She always answered my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. I don't even know where to begin about Susan and her team. They are truly caring and understanding people! I went through a divorce and custody trial that went all the way to the appellate court (my ex husbands choice). It was the hardest 3 years of my life! MANY MANY games and were played and Susan was smart enough to see through them all. I live in the Chicago area so that played a huge role in being able to trust my lawyer, I have 100% trust and faith in Susan when she attending on my behalf! There is no doubt that I would use her again if I have to go back to court. I now enjoy the time I get to spend with my daughter as she lives with me :-) We have joint custody but I have physical . You can not go wrong in trusting Susan if you need a lawyer!!

Absurdly biased towards the mother. Reaffirmed everything she said while subtlety telling me I was wrong. Would not recommend her for mediation for any father wanting to actually accomplish anything

I am a family law attorney who has had many experiences with Ms. Wilson over the course of a lot of years. What a lot of litigants don't realize is that the best family attorneys maintain good relationships with other family attorneys, the judges, and court staff. An attorney who fights for you is not enough. Susan does that very well, but she and her staff also work well with other lawyers and the courts. In the long run, this saves the client money and emotional stress. I recommend Susan very, very highly.

If you are looking for a divorce lawyer who charges more than twice as much as a fairly straightforward divorce should cost, who provides poor to non-existent legal counsel, who is non-responsive to repeated questions/inquires (until you finally send an email indicating you are upset that you havent received a response), who repeats hearsay from your legal adversary back to you as if it were fact, and who takes months and months (and months!) to complete tasks that should take a few weeks - then this is the lawyer for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere. Oh yeah.... if you complain about the service (no matter how legitimate) expect to be personally attacked.

Let me just say that Caitlin Embrich is fantastic! She's very personable, says what she means, means what she says, and does what it takes to get the job done. She was respectful and mindful of my desires throughout the course of my legal separation and divorce and never made me feel that she was putting her bottom line above my desired outcome. My situation could have been quite ugly and could have generated a lot of revenue for Caitlin and left me and my ex-wife with tens of thousands in legal fees, but instead we took the high road at all times and even forfeited a lot of little battles so that we could ultimately win the war...and the war is the health and sanity of my three small children. Life goes on, and Caitlin Embrich helped me get on with my life as quickly and easily as I could have ever imagined.

This woman is HORRIBLE! not only did she take my money from me just to tell me there was not jack **** she could do for me but she made me feel hopeless in a very vulnerable time in my divorce. The funny thing is she couldn't help me and thankfully she did not but I obtained a lawyer who not only LISTENED to me but got me everything I asked for when we went to court. Susan Wilson sucks and doesn't care about her clients!
