My lawyer was PK Johnson the 4 the father. I speak to the other two lawyers but I he does not pay attention to detail and take more time than is necessary to complete a task . He wrote up a contract for deed for me and there were serval errors that I caught. During the signing he would state terms of the contract and when both parties stated they agreed he kept restating the terms. Personally to me that is wasting my time. Then when his office filed the paper under the wrong name he wanted me to pay him more money to have it corrected. I met with him and basically had to prove that I had never seen and approved the mistake. I'm active duty Military and was in the process of moving. I asked to have the corrected document mailed to my new mailing address. Big surprise they mailed it to my old address. If you go with him I would just be willing to pretty much watch out for yourself and Google all you can to protect yourself from him. Not recommend.

I've had the pleasure of working with PK Johnson V over the last few years during the handling of a my parent's estate. When I lost both parents within a year, I was an absolute wreck while I tried to piece everything together and make heads or tails of how to handle their outstanding debt, their real estate, and their 50+ years of stuff within their home.I turned to PK at the recommendation of another friend, and he immediately went to work to not only help with the legal aspects of the tragedy, but went out of his way to make sure *I* was also fine. Every step of the probate and estate process, he was there, but wasn't pushy or demanding.. and he his law firm answered all questions I had, never making me feel rushed or pressured to complete the process.Affordable, knowledgeable, and caring.. three words I'd never use to describe an attorney, before meeting PK... The absolute gold standard by which attorneys should live by.Strongly recommended.
