For now, we are very satisfied. Mind you, we do not have my husbands final immigration approval, but we just received his work permit yesterday, about 6 months from the time we filed. We also was having mail issues, and they made sure we got the paperwork we needed. Unless something drastic happens, we are very happy with the service we received. We will try to post an update when the final decision is made :)March 22, 2019 and today is the day we received my husbands green card. The process was not as smooth as we had hoped it would be due to all the new immigration laws lately, but Paul Alvarado and his team got us through it. We are very grateful for their services.
