Erika Walker(and husband Christopher)I, Erika Walker, used a very expensive family law lawyer in Tampa, Fl for 3 years before I moved to Valdosta. After working with Jim Bennett aI quickly realized that my Fl. attorney was lazy/expensive. JimBennett is hands down the best. My ex husband has continuously tried to take me back to court over the last 4 years trying to get custody of our 4 children and filing bogus complaints. None of which he has ever won.**He will return calls and emails the same day-usually within hours. **Preparation for court is stellar. He will provide you with all the questions. My ex was physically abusive and I suffer from PTSD. Having to go to court and face him would bring anxiety attacks. Jim Bennett was able to keep me calm on our court dates because he made sure that I was well prepared and he remained calm and protective through out the process. **My current husband, Christopher Walker, is able to stay calm throughout our hearings because he knows that I am in good hands. He knows that Jim Bennett will ask all of the appropriate questions and will object if he thinks I am being bullied by opposing counsel.**His quiet nature and calm demeanor was so effective in court. During court he remains level headed-nothing will rattle him. **His attention to detail and his ability to pick up on things that my ex husband saidhe was always able to catch him in multiple lies. With that ability, my ex became angry and the Judge was able to see through his pretend persona. **Jim Bennett wins over and over because of his integrity. He will not fight for you if you are in violation of anything. He will not repres my you if you are not doing what is right. I think Judges know him to be a man of honor and integrity. We have gone to court over 5 times and never lost. I have been using him for 4 years, I am still using him and will continue to do so.
