Great experience. I was apprehensive about taking my issue to court because most child support and custody issues don't go in favor of the father. Jennifer was honest about what she could do and that helped me in my decision to proceed. She is results oriented. Long story short, l won my case and got everything l asked for and all the credit goes to Jennifer and her team. I was extremely impressed with her confidence in the courtroom. She dictated the pace and had the opposing attorney struggling to keep up. I am very satisfied with the results of my child custody and child support reduction case. I would definitely seek her services out again if the need arises in the future.

Jennifer Williams law firm is the best in the area every time I have a question she always answers me and treats me with the most respect . I have the Wildest custody battle going on right now and she treats my case as if it was her own. Also Every time I call and Ill speak with Kayla or Amy they always listen and they are very understanding and always answers my questions to the best of their ability if they dont have an answer right then and there they always call me back with an answer. My consultation with Mrs. Williams was great. She seems like a wonderful person to work with. Having to go through her receptionist today was not very pleasant. I was trying to clarify some things prior to making a huge payment and it seemed as though it was a problem so I took my business elsewhere.Reading other reviews, it seems as though her choice of front desk staff have their on and off days of when they decide to show their Southern Hospitality. Hopefully it gets better.

Jennifer is an amazing lawyer. She is truly a bulldog in the court room. She knows her stuff. We went from visitations that Bio Mom 'allowed' us to have to getting primary custody. she is the worst attorney I have ever used. It is impossible to get a meeting with her even though she got paid 3,000 dollars up front. All i ever get is an email which isn't good enough when i paid her. Her office staff is very rude and they are always talking about other cases in front of people which is very unprofessional. DON'T USE HER!!!

I would recommend Jennifer to any parent seeking custody of their child or children. From the day I met with her on my free consultation, she was upfront with me! I was worried that the old saying of father's don't get custody would be me but she put that fear to rest after talking to her. She fought for me and my kids. Not only did I gain custody of my children, the Judge also awarded me child support and their mother to provide full travel of more than 100 miles round trip when she has her visitation. Jennifer made the process of my divorce easy. What started as a process of looking as if it would take years, she was able to use her knowlegde and skills to get everyone to agree ad be final a little over 3 months. With everything bad that seemed to be happening, she made me feel like I was in control of my life again. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares about her clients. Claims that she can do a lot for you and in the end is satisfied with whatever the judge says with no push back. When it comes to court she'll let you fight on your own and then expect you to come up with questions to ask, which is her job to do in the first place. I had a case where she was my attorney, very cut and clean. I lost custody of my child to a felon and when that was announced she just looked at me and said, oh well. Then when it came to child support, the court was asking for so much that I would of been out on the streets. She said there wasn't anything that she could do, I literally had to curse at her for it to get lowered so that I had somewhere to live. Stay away from her!

The reason I selected Jennifer is because unlike other attorneys she makes time to actually talk with her clients; whether through email, phone call, or text she, will get back with you. Secondly she is really smart and strategizes with you to help you win your case. Third she does not over charge you and she will allow you to make payments. It's entertaining to see the reviews that came after someone left a negative remark. Clearly these reviews are fake. Jennifer Williams is far from the best lawyer in Valdosta & border line bad. She's always busy, on the phone or out of the office. She does not take the time that's needed for your case. She will tell you one thing & change the last minute when there's nothing you can do about it. She coward down when other lawyers don't agree with her. She'll let you get in front of the judge & let you battle it yourself. If it's important to you, hire a better lawyer.

Jennifer has been a God-send from the start! She assisted us with the nightmare of obtaining full custody of my husband's two biological children and after we won that case, she assisted us again with filing contempt against the biological mother for not following court orders. After winning custody and the contempt case, Jennifer further assisted us after we moved away due to military orders. We needed a liaison to obtain the mother's signature to terminate her parental rights and Jennifer didn't even blink an eye when we contacted her all the way from Illinois. She contacted the biological mother and had our paperwork signed and returned within days! Now we may proceed with my adoption of the boys and live in peace. We always felt like a priority and she worked very hard to help us and our children so they may have the childhood they deserve. She would email us after normal business hours; sometimes late at night. THANK YOU Jennifer! I would recommend her 100%. Regarding someone's comment of her staff being teenagers; we never once did see a 'teenager' in her office.

Jennifer did not do her due diligence. She was late for court. She didn’t tell the the second court time had changed and I was coming from out of town. She doesn’t answer emails or phone calls, and her office does rarely. They will screen if they feel you call to often to be updated. They billed me for another clients email and sent me another clients email. She did not do proper discovery and was not prepared for court. She was on her phone during court. When asked for court documents to speak about opposing counsel lying to the judge about my case in court, which she did not address, she changed pricing for court documents 3 times, and never was able to produce them. She never addressed opposing counsel lying to the judge about the family situation. She got info wrong in court multiple times. She threatened me with more money when I asked about lack of due diligence. Her vacation habit was an issue she was always out of town and they never had answers for me in the office. She did answer the phone to collect my $5000 retainer fee however. Turn over is an issue in this office. I went through 3 assistants in 6 months. My info was regularly lost. They usually site covid to blame. If you bring any issues in their office they will gaslight you and make it your fault. Jennifer and her staff will suddenly be the victim.
