This man is so selfless from the very day we met him he sat with us explained everything and made us not only feel like everything was going to be okay but made sure that it was. He related to us as a family and answered every question we had patiently and is very easy to get in touch with. Let me be very clear that there is ZERO embellishment nor exaggeration when I say that I was facing a doom I couldn't even comprehend when I contacted Kyle. I had a misdemeanor that turned into a felony through no fault of my own, other than believing a local officer when I shouldn't have. Kyle went out of his way from the very start, before any discussion of payment even. He sat me down, reassured me, and laid out the plan exactly how it was going to work. Not one thing ever happened without Kyle or Elicia notifying me immediately. And when I say they handled everything, I mean EVERYTHING. I spent a grand total of 20 minutes in a courtroom, and 15 of that was being there early. What I thought was going to be a year or so in jail and thousands in fines turned into 3 months in the pre-trial diversion diversion program, 20 hours of community service.Furthermore, his office is very up to date using a client portal that sent documents, updates, and appointments directly to my phone. I wasted far too much time calling other lawyers, and praying I was poor enough to afford the public defender. Don't make my mistake. Skip the other lawyers, skip the panic, and go directly to contacting Kyle. He had my back from the start, and was more than worth every penny!

Where do I start... Kyle successfully defended me against a family violence charge that was resolved with a diversion program. Kyle did his job well for me. I was struck with a DUI last year. Knowing nothing about this I hired Kyle, due to his extensive background in law enforcment and the knowledge he provided. He layed out everything about the case during our free consultation, and it made sense. He saved my licence by calling for an ALS hearing and got my charged knocked down to reckless driving. Do not hire Kyle Epps. Very incompetent in divorce case. Paid him over $25k with no results in two years. He would screw up offers sent to opposing council. He didnt even know that he could have the judge order mediation. Hes a joke. If you want a real law firm hire Miles Hansford & Tallent.
