Once I paid my retainer, I felt completely on my own and now I am suffering long-term consequences of the poor quality representation I received during one of the most difficult times in my life (during my divorce). If you're looking for a good human being that will represent your case, look for a kind of a lawyer that has a genuine heart not just like he/she's doing it because it's a job! It's about the money!
