Mr. Stultz is very informative and does not sugar coat anything. He speaks truth, even if it's not what you want to hear. He is very inventive to your questions and gives you back a direct answer. I have been using Mr stultz off and on for many years. I recently used him to do my will. The parking was very easy considering I have to take public transit and there was room for the bus to pull into the parking lot. Mr stultz worked up my will and everything and his price was very reasonable and had all the paperwork ready for me within a week. He is a distinguished attorney with many years under his belt.

A bully, and said under oath that he served papers to my friend,when in fact she was in another state at the time. He drew up papers boasting lies, threats of jail to her, its quiet sad what a small town crooked attorney can get away with when he's bestfriends with the 'officiating judge' and draws up his own paper work. I would watch carefully dealing with guy, or he will try to sue you for everything, even when people have nothing. Bogus papers, threats, and and terrible slander, that's what you'll get here. Be warned...my friends and I have hired her a private attorney..he's trying to destroy her life, as they were married once. Small town minds, get small town ambition...a shame...crooked as they get...while in fact he has his secretary tammy as a girlfriend the whole time, and living in his late mother's lake house...and trying to destroy his former partners life, wanting every dime for every possible thing he ever did for her. This is all PUBLIC RECORD. Lying under oath is a crime, and forging documents is also. Contact us for real representatives, that put the law in fairness. These practices are unacceptable and being investigated, as well as Walker county judges acknowledging forged documents. Be warned..if you cross Robert Stultz, he will make you pay...a shame...

This guy is no more an attorney than I am. I paid him to have my child support set up, to have me legitimized, and set up my visitation. He didnt do anything but t let the state screw me over. He didnt do anything toward legitimation or visitation. When I confronted him he tried to charge me more money to do what I had already paid him to do. Hes a crook and should be disbarred.

Very unprofessional. We paid over $800 to legitimize my daughter and he was very rude. He wouldn't explain some of the lawyer jargon in the contract and told me he wouldn't repeat anything, that I could sign or not, he didn't care. While I was in his office I also heard him talking down and being rude to an elderly client. The receptionist was very nice but not informative. Stultz already had my money so he didn't mind being unhelpful. His office waiting area is very small and doesn't have enough seats. I had to stand up and be in his sight while reading contract. I am calling the Better Business Burea. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Robbie is an excellent lawyer and is very professional. I would not have anyone else and have refered friends and family to him we love him to death

I have now used Mr. Stultz twice. I would not hire anyone else! He and his office staff are very professional and dedicated to their clients.
