As soon as I entered their office I was greeted by a very nice lady at the front desk, I did not have to wait long to meet Ms. Beth Ann Smith. The most compassionate wonderful attorney I have ever met. She took her time to listen to me and review my case. My visit to her office was a great experience. She prepared my case very well. This is the premier law firm in Augusta for men who want to get custody of their kids. No doubt about it. Beth Ann took my case and worked it for an entire year. Nothing left to chance here. When we finally got to court I walked away with custody of my kids. Ive had other attorneys before and they were just bland. She lives up to her reputation.

They seemed unable to provide me with my own daughter's medical records over a period of months after repeatedly been asked. I had an abhorrent child support fee. I fired them and hired a different attorney and immediately got full medical records along with a lowered child support (150 dollars less). I would never recommend these people to anyone. Ever.

Smith and Smith represented me when I got my divorce. Divorce is a horrible thing to have to go through...and they helped me every step of the way. I received more than I asked for...their fee was what I could afford. The 3 ladies that work in that office...well I consider them to be 'friends'. I highly recommend...Smith and Smith.
