I am disappointed with Lucy ( she is head)Just imagine staff that work under a careless boss. My H1- b had denial 2 times, all here fault.(Lucy)My perm - was delayed over 8 months all her fault.She is always not available and you will never get timely response. Phone messages at front desk are never checked Avoid avoid , unprofessional and bad.

However, now she was totally unreachable and could not even answer neither mine nor my sponsor's! I am really frustrated now! I have a genuine case and needs to file the PERM. Lucy Was recommended to me by my other relatives, and AM I GLAD I HIRED HER!!! First, when i went to see her, her entire team was so helpful it. these guys are literally, genuinely here to help us! My case happened to be a very complicated matter, but Lucy was so comforting and she explained to me, all the legal side of it, How the immigration services were also here to protect me in a way. The took forever to handle the case done!!!! Do not come over here! I been sending my case long time ago they haven't send it to immigration yet so far. I am so tired of they are saying, ok I will send email to you by afternoon, because it never happened! I don't know how long they are going to hold my case till sent it to immigration, I do not recommend people come to here!!!!! Following up: Currently, I am still working my case with Lucy Lu and she has returned in response with much attention. It has been four months since I have started this process, however, I have not received a response yet from the immigration bureau. I will continue watching close on my case with Lucy until I obtain more results on this matter. Until I have gained a satisfactory service from her, I will abstain from changing my rating as I deem appropriate for my particular situation in dealing with Lucy Lu.

From my first consultation I felt confident working with Lucy and her team. Lucy is to the point, determined, and genuinely wants to see your case succeed.My husband and I had what I felt like was a bad luck streak with our case and everything went smoothly for us and our case ended up getting approved with no issues. I have nothing negative to say about their professionalism nor' Lucy's teams willingness to help make sure we were well prepared.

Scheduled a consultation appointment and on the appointment date there were 3 notifications sent from Lucy Lu & Associates, 24 hours, an hour, and 10 minutes before the appointment as reminders. Appointment was scheduled for 3:00 - 3:30 PM but I went in to wait at 2PM because I didn't want to be late and respected her time. However, I waited until 3:45PM and during my wait no one updated me anything on the delay. I left and then was called by Lucy Lu, who explained that the delay was caused by a 'computer issue'. Although she offered to reschedule, my first impression, together with many other negative reviews here, steered me away from this firm. My experience was 3 hours (together with commute to the very busy Lenox area) wasted at Lucy Lu's. Would not personally recommend; it has been a waste of time for me.
