As a teacher I needed to find a family law firm to help me divorce my husband who is an attorney. I was both intimidated and terrified. Being familiar with many members of the local legal community I hand picked Rohe Law and was not disappointed. All of the people at Rohe Law, from the receptionist to the paralegals all the way up to the associates are incredible, caring people with integrity. I had to disclose sensitive information relevant to my case that I had never told anyone and was met with professionalism and compassion. I was kept informed every step of the way during the very stressful process. All of my questions were answered and I truly felt like everyone went out of their way to ask me what specific outcome I hoped for when everything was finalized. Like many divorcees I was concerned about getting fair time with my children and my fears were immediately put at ease the day I hired this firm. I knew I was in good hands. I think that the attorneys who work here are superior to others in their field and are gifted. They were born to help people. I know this firm changed my life for the better. All of my expectations were exceeded. I would highly recommend Rohe Law to all of my friends and family members. Their firm is now family to me. I hope I don't need their assistance in the future. This law firm is the most professional law firm I have ever dealt with. Cindy Terry, paralegal, returns calls promptly and has the knowledge to answer questions. All the lawyers in this firm are extremely well-versed in the law pertaining to family law. They will work into late hours at night for their clients. I personally know of them working until 11:00 p.m. at night on a case for me. If they don't have the answer, they will find the answer, no matter how long it takes. I made several mistakes early in the process including contacting another attorney who was in over his head before we even got started. When I started working with you and your office in March of 2017, I had been manipulated into an extremely difficult position both financially with a grossly unreasonable settlement and legally with a potential contempt of court charge for missing deadlines.At that early stage, it would have been easy for you to recommend a series of legal maneuvers requiring long hours and extreme legal fees. I was impressed at your recommendations and the consistent review of legal cost versus the benefit we hoped to achieve. In fact, this constant awareness of cost versus benefit continued for the duration of our relationship despite my insistence in doing things the hard way in some instances. I will be forever grateful and respectful of you and your office for that awareness of my situation, time and money.The true value of your services became apparent as my divorce became infinitely more complicated resulting from a string of unreasonable requests by my ex-wife which were supported and seemingly encouraged by her attorney (who clearly was not concerned about his time or legal costs). Cindy always operated with the utmost professionalism, answered all my questions and concerns with patience and was a reassuring, supportive voice when things got difficult (which was often in this case!).Throughout the process, I was always presented with a series of options, the pros and cons of those options and the legal costs that would be required. In a few situations, I chose the more complicated (and riskier) path despite recommendations to take the safer way out. In each case I was amazed at your level of skill which resulted in a positive benefit each and every time. The advantage I had with you in my corner became obvious when it mattered most during depositions, mediation and in the court room with the judge. It was during these times where I observed your methods side by side with the other attorney. I found these people a little late. My first attorney was pretty incompetent and as a result, cost me about $220,000.00 in alimony. He was worthless and I didn't know any better. The first time I went in for a consultation with AJ, he was honest enough to tell me to wait until I retired to poke that hornets nest since it could go either way for me. He even refunded part of his fee since it was a pretty short session. When I retired AJ and Cindy handled the renegotiation. I was able to purchase my freedom at last. I was glad they were working on my side of the table.I have recommended then in the past and will continue to recommencement them in the future. There are none better. Ask my ex wife. :)

For those that care:;It is written, 'The rate of divorce for married adults 50 and older has doubled since 1990. For those over 65, its tripled' so, if you have been married for years and come home to find your 'entitled' significant other has blindsided you with a faceless divorce, absconded half of your savings (or more) and deserted you.....get a great attorney. I was lucky enough in my legal battle to research, and then choose, A.J. Rohe Law to represent me through an overt divorce action. It involved a 30 month battle for which 'AJ' and Firm chose the 'High Road', practicing law like actual Ladies & Gentlemen. You'll find there are attorney's who operate like Pirates to achieve their objective so, it pays to be on your game as soon as you hit the gate.I was very happy with the eventual outcome of my divorce.
