I recently hired David as my attorney for a divorce. I met with him and his partner within 24 hrs of calling, they were so professional and LISTENED to me. I left the office feeling at ease. They were there to answer any question I had no matter what time of day or how crazy my question was. They were in constant contact with opposing council and always sharing all communication with me. From the second I got in contact with David Hurvitz I felt like he was a open book loaded with knowledge. Before meeting David I felt lost I was being strong and pushing forward with every once of energy I had this man is the real deal I met 4 Other hard working good rated Attorneys but non made me feel ready for what I had to do/Go through I had a really tough time finding someone that I felt could actually Help me stand up for myself. Non of the Attorneys I met with before David had kids so I didn't feel they knew the importance of my situation. for whatever reason I wasn't comfortable with the others, trust your gut a kind of feeling that is instinctive, I knew what I had to do I could go on for hours about how supportive The law office of David Hurvitz was and how he made a nightmare turn into a walk in the park he is really honest caring available for advice did not go after my money like I seriously thought I spend so much more then What I did or what I would have using some of the so called competition in my eyes there is no competition If David is standing up for someone that person with him will be represented securely and by a professional that doesn't back down or mislead his client if You are not sure who to hire trust your gut and meet with David you will be glad you did. I was referred to David from a co-worker of mine. He is truly amazing, he met with me a couple of times prior to me hiring him as my counsel. I initially had another attorney representing me and I wasn't too pleased with the services I was receiving, so I reached back out to David and he was very understanding and compassionate about my case. He reassured me that everything will work out and he was also willing to work with me with the payment if need be. He didn't try to rip me off and charge me an arm and a leg, he was extremely reasonable with his fees. He never made me feel like he was in it for the money. Once everything was finalized, he actually sent me a check back in the mail for a partial refund. In my opinion he went above and beyond to make my divorce as smooth as possible. He handled everything, he kept the stress away from me, and he always kept me in the loop. One thing I appreciated was he never sugar coated things with me, so he let me know the pros and cons of my situation and he and I came up with what would be best for my case. I never had to chase him down to request an update, he always kept contact with me and let me know he is always available by his cell if I needed him. By the time I hired him, he was able to get my divorce finalized within 3 months. If you are looking for someone who is actually passionate about helping people and wanting the best for their clients, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent and professional lawyer!!!!! Enough said but if you need more info please keep reading....I had a family case that is not common in Florida pertaining to custody of my daughters. (Temporary Custody by Extended Family Member) In fact so uncommon that when I tried to represent myself and use the forms online, I found that they did not have forms specific to my type of case and therefore almost always had to use generic forms for my response. This always left me secondguessing if I chose the right legal forms and feeling very hopeless in the case.... until I hired Mr. Hurvitz. Even though I live in Texas, Mr. Hurvitz made sure to stay in contact with me and met all of our deadlines. He always gave me the right information and preparation for every proceeding throughout this process. I went from feeling hopeless to confident.
